We are a micro bakery rooted in the heart of Sandpoint, Idaho, where our passion for home-baked goodness first took shape amid snowy winters spent skiing and snowboarding. Having grown alongside this vibrant community, we’ve now returned with food experience to share thoughtfully crafted, bespoke pastries with locals who appreciate the art of genuine, grassroots baking.
At the core of our mission is more than just exceptional flavor. We believe every family deserves the warmth and joy of a freshly baked pie during Thanksgiving and Christmas. That’s why a portion of our proceeds goes toward making and donating pies to the local food bank, supporting families in need throughout the holidays.
