Our micro patisserie operates from the warmth of a cozy home, creating limited quantities of our signature and specialty desserts with meticulous care. With Thanksgiving and Christmas approaching, we strongly encourage you to secure your reservation early. Our exclusive creations are available in very limited amounts to ensure we provide an excellent dessert for you beautiful holiday. We are quickly booking our limited quantities and we encourage you to complete a reservation of your desired dessert before December 5 2025 8AM.

Welcome to our little micro-bakery! We do things a bit differently than a large supermarket, and we're happy to explain why. Here are answers to some questions you might have.

  • We believe that exceptional bread and pastries start with exceptional ingredients. We prioritize regional, stone-ground flours from sustainable mills, preserving the grain’s full nutrients and authentic flavor.

    Our pastries feature small-farm, small-batch butter for unmatched flakiness, complemented by fresh, locally sourced dairy. Sweetened with honey, maple syrup, and organic cane sugar, ensuring the finest natural quality.

    We use real vanilla beans, dark chocolate, seasonal fruits, and sea salt—free from artificial additives—celebrating purity and craftsmanship.

  • Due to our very small workspace and our commitment to traditional, flour-based baking, we are not a gluten-free facility. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from cross-contamination. Therefore, we do not currently offer gluten-free items.

  • This is a great question, and the answer lies in the ingredients, time, and craft behind what we do. We are committed to using premium ingredients, which means sourcing high-quality, often local and organic flours, dairy, and other supplies that cost significantly more than the commercial alternatives used in large-scale production. Furthermore, our process is inherently time-consuming; for instance, our sourdoughs undergo a long, slow fermentation of often 24 hours or more, which develops incredible flavor and digestibility but naturally limits how much we can produce. Each loaf and pastry is meticulously shaped, scored, and baked by hand, meaning you are paying for the skill, care, and attention of a dedicated baker, not a machine. Finally, our prices truly reflect the real costs of running a small, ethical business, from sustainable packaging to ensuring fair wages for our work, allowing us to sustain our craft and serve our community with integrity.

  • A micro-bakery is a very small, often home-based, baking business. It focuses on quality over quantity, using traditional methods to create a limited amount of artisan products for a local community. It's the modern equivalent of a neighborhood baker, just operating on a smaller, more personalized scale. We strictly focus on cottage foods.

  • Because we bake everything fresh to order based on pre-orders, we generally cannot offer refunds for cancelled orders once the baking process has begun (typically 24-48 hours before pickup). However, we understand emergencies happen! Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you or offer a credit for a future order.

  • Yes, we love being part of your celebrations! Please contact us directly using the form found on our site with the details of your request (type of items, quantity, and date). We require a minimum of 3 weeks notice for custom orders and payment is in full, up-front.
